A Respondent’s past performance will be measured based upon pass/fail criteria, in compliance with applicable provisions of §§2155.074, 2155.075, 2156.007, 2157.003, and 2157.125, Gov't Code. The Government shall seek relevant performance information on all Offerors based on the past and present efforts provided by the Offeror and data independently obtained from other government and commercial sources. In the investigation of an Offeror’s past performance, the Government reserves the right to contact former customers and Government agencies and other private and public sources of information.
