Pass-Through Expenses definition

Pass-Through Expenses means reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Contractor for equipment, materials, supplies or other Services provided to LAUSD, but not including Contractor’s overhead costs, administrative expenses or other mark-ups.
Pass-Through Expenses shall have the meaning provided in Section 14.2(a).

  • The Charges forecast must be inclusive of Rate Card Resources, Pass-Through Expenses and New Services.

More Definitions of Pass-Through Expenses

Pass-Through Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
