Party Representative definition
Party Representative means and refer to the highest-ranking appointed executive official for each of the Parties, or his/or her duly authorized designee.
Party Representative means the individual(s) appointed by each Party to represent it on the Project Board;
Party Representative as used in this Section, means any person who has advised a party regarding the specific events giving rise to the case or proceeding at issue, entered an appearance in the case or proceeding, or otherwise been designated by a party as that party’s representative in the case or proceeding.

Party Representative means the Council Representative and the Recipient Representative (as the case may be) set out in the Specific Terms, or anyone else who is appointed by a party (and duly notified to the other party) to discharge those roles from time to time;
