Party Category definition

Party Category means, as the context requires, one of the following categories: (a) the DNO Parties collectively; (b) the IDNO/OTSO Parties; (c) the Supplier Parties collectively; (d) the CVA Registrants collectively; (e) the Gas Supplier Parties collectively, save that, in determining which Party Categories are eligible to vote on a particular Change Proposal, the IDNO Parties and the OTSO Party may be considered separately, so that the IDNO Parties may be eligible to vote on a Change Proposal and the OTSO Party not (or vice versa).
Party Category means, as the context requires, one of the following
Party Category means one of the following categories of Party: (a) the DCC; (b) Domestic Suppliers; (c) Non-Domestic Suppliers; (d) Gas Transporters; (e) Distribution Network Operators; and [(f) Other Users]. Party Details means, for each Party, its name, jurisdiction of incorporation (if applicable), company number (if applicable), addresses for receipt of notices, Contract Manager, and (if it is resident or incorporated outside of the UK) an address in the UK for service of process. Pending is a Registration Status indicating that a Registration Request has been Submitted to change the relationship between an RMP and a Market Participant (and has been Validated), but that Registration Request has not yet become effective.

  • The Parties shall exchange unaltered SS7 signaling parameters, including, but not limited to, Automatic Number Identification (ANI), Calling Party Number (CPN), Calling Party Category, Charge Number, Originating Line Information (OLI), etc.

  • Transaction Category means the particular type of repurchase transaction effected hereunder, as determined with reference to the term of the transaction and the categories of Securities that constitute Eligible Securities therefor, which term shall include FICASH I Transactions, FICASH II Transactions, FICASH III Transactions, FITERM I Transactions, FITERM II Transactions, FITERM III Transactions, and such other transaction categories as may from time to time be designated by the Funds by notice to Seller, Custodian and Repo Custodian.

  • Clinical categories means the groups into which hospital treatments are categorised by type, e.g., brain and nervous system, kidney and bladder, and digestive system. At the time of writing there were 38 categories in the Medicare clinical categories system.

By way of example, the Highest Rating Category for tax exempt municipal debt established by S&P is “A 1+” for debt with a term of one year or less and “AAA” for a term greater than one year, with corresponding ratings by Moody’s of “MIG 1” (for fixed rate) or “VMIG 1” (for variable rate) for three months or less and “Aaa” for greater than three months. If at any time (i) both S&P and Moody’s rate a Permitted Investment and (ii) one of those ratings is below the Highest Rating Category, then such Permitted Investment will, nevertheless, be deemed to be rated in the Highest Rating Category if the lower rating is no more than one rating category below the highest rating category of that rating agency. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “Aa3” by Moody’s is rated in the Highest Rating Category. If, however, the lower rating is more than one full rating category below the Highest Rating Category of that Rating Agency, then the Permitted Investment will be deemed to be rated below the Highest Rating Category. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “A1” by Moody’s is not rated in the Highest Rating Category.

  • Category 3 means those affected lands and support facilities if those lands supported operations which were not completed or substantially completed prior to July 1, 1973 (the effective date of the Wyoming Environmental Quality Act) and any affected lands or support facilities taken out of use on or after July 1, 1973 and before May 25, 1975 (the effective date of the Division’s 1975 Rules and Regulations).

  • Deliverable Obligation Category means Bond or Loan.

  • Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.
