Party B’s Rights and Obligations. 6.1 Party B has the following rights:
Party B’s Rights and Obligations. 9.1 Party B is entitled to request Party A to repay the principal, interest accrued thereon and expenses when due, to manage and control the payment of loan amounts, to monitor on a real-time basis overall cash flows of Party A and to accelerate the maturity of the loan considering the status of collection of sale proceeds of Party A. Party B may exercise any other rights hereunder and demand Party A to perform any other obligations hereunder.
Party B’s Rights and Obligations. 1. Party B shall provide advisory and transaction services to Party A diligently and responsibly in accordance with this agreement.
Party B’s Rights and Obligations. 1. Party B shall have the right to require Party A to repay the principal, interest and fees, to execute other rights set forth in the contract, to require Party A to fulfill other obligations as described in the contract.
Party B’s Rights and Obligations. 11.1 Party B shall sign and return the receipt to the person serving the loan collection documents sent or delivered by Party A. Party B shall send the receipt in three days after receiving the reminder letter or other collection documents (including but not limited to those sent by post, telex, cable, facsimile and Email).
Party B’s Rights and Obligations. 14.1 Party B shall have the right to request Party A to provide information relating to the loan under this contract.
Party B’s Rights and Obligations. 3.2.1 Party B is entitled to use the Platform to publish commodities and its own information subject to the compliance with this Agreement and the Platform Rules and prior approval by Party A.
Party B’s Rights and Obligations. 1. During the contractual period, Party B shall observe the work management and arrangements of Party A and shall not collaborate with other same or similar platform operators and suppliers in the same or similar field of platform customers (including sales of products, except for products not sold by Party A).
