Parts definition

Parts means any and all appliances, parts, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, furnishings and other equipment of whatever nature (other than (a) complete Engines or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), so long as the same are incorporated or installed in or attached to the Airframe or any Engine or so long as the same are subject to the Lien of the Indenture in accordance with the terms of Section 7.04 thereof after removal from the Airframe or any Engine.

Parts means all appliances, parts, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, furnishings and other equipment of whatever nature (other than (a) complete Engines or engines, (b) any items leased by Lessee from a third party (other than Lessor) and (c) cargo containers) which may from time to time be incorporated or installed in or attached to the Airframe or any Engine or so long as title thereto shall remain vested in Lessor in accordance with Section 8 of the Lease after removal therefrom.
