Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.
Partnership Unit means a Common Unit, a Preferred Unit, a Special Limited Partnership Unit, an LTIP Unit or any other unit of a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests that the General Partner has authorized pursuant to Article 4 hereof; provided, however, that Partnership Units comprising a General Partner Interest or a Limited Partner Interest shall have the differences in rights and privileges as specified in this Agreement.
Partnership Unit or “Unit” means, with respect to any class of Partnership Interest, a fractional, undivided share of such class of Partnership Interest issued pursuant to Sections 4.1 and 4.3, 4.4 or 4.5. In accordance with the terms and limitations of such Preferred Units, each Series 12 Preferred Limited Partnership Unit may be reclassified into a Series 11 Preferred Limited Partnership Unit.
