Partnership Organizational Documents definition

Partnership Organizational Documents means the Partnership Charter and the Partnership Agreement and the partnership agreement and charter (or similar organizational documents) of each Subsidiary of the Partnership.
Partnership Organizational Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Partnership Organizational Documents means, collectively, the following instruments, each in the form reviewed by us, as indicated above: (i) the Partnership Certificate of Limited Partnership, (ii) the Partnership Agreement, (iii) the General Partner Certificate of Formation and (iv) the General Partner LLC Agreement.
