Partner Services definition

Partner Services means information and assistance offered to persons infected with STIs in referring their sexual or needle-sharing contacts for a medical examination, testing, counseling and treatment, if indicated.

Partner Services are defined in Schedule A.

Partner Services means the online, Web-based applications and platform to facilitate Partner’s partner relationship with SFDC and available via xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx and/or other designated websites, that are provided to Partner in accordance with this Agreement and/or Partner’s participation in a Program Type, including associated offline components, but excluding any Non-SFDC Applications. Partner Services includes, but is not limited to, the Partner Community, AppExchange and Partner training resources.

Examples of Partner Services in a sentence

• STD client services may include, but are not limited to, Case finding, Partner Services (i.e., contact tracing), clinical and laboratory services, and education and outreach activities.

• A process that includes identifying Cases, conducting a Case interview, collecting and reporting Core Variables, and providing Partner Services.

• Partner Services includes conducting Case interviews to identify sex and needle-sharing partners, offering to conduct partner notification, providing STD/HIV testing (or referrals) to all contacts, and referring Cases and Contacts to HIV PrEP and additional medical/social services, including treatment.

• In addition to the definitions in Clause 1 of the XXXX, the following definitions are applied: ‘Annual Fee’ means the fee to be paid by You in consideration of the right to develop and supply Applications and/or BIM content for the Trimble Partner Services provided; ‘BIM Content’ means digital 3D representations of building products and components that can be placed into Building Information Model (BIM).

Partner Services means any products, goods and/or services of a Partner offered for purchase or booking on the Fresha Website or the Fresha Widget.

Partner Services means, collectively, Partner’s business-to-consumer products and services that are accessible through the Partner Site and the Partner Network. As used herein, the “Partner Network” shall mean: (a) those sub-URLs listed on Exhibit A hereto of the website located at the xxx.xxxxxx.xxx top-level domain (the “Partner Site”), provided that Partner may update the sub-URLs of the Partner Site listed on Exhibit A hereto from time to time upon five (5) business days written notice to MSI; (b) Additional Site(s) (as defined in this Section 1.10), if any; and (c) Partner’s mobile application(s) listed on Exhibit A hereto (which mobile application(s) listed on Exhibit A may be updated from time to time effective upon written notice to MSI, provided that any mobile application(s) added to Exhibit A must adhere in all respects to the requirements of this section), provided that such mobile application(s) shall at all times be branded solely with Partner’s name and marks (the “Partner Mobile Apps”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that Partner wishes to include in the Partner Services mobile applications that are not branded solely with Partner’s name and marks, Partner must obtain MSI’s prior written approval to do so. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained herein, “Partner Services” shall not include any products or services other than business-to-consumer products and services that are or may become accessible through the Partner Network. As used herein, “Additional Site” shall mean any website not located on the xxx.xxxxxx.xxx top-level domain: (y) that Partner adds to Exhibit A during the Term by providing MSI thirty (30) days prior written notice of such addition; and (z) either (i) that is owned and operated by Partner, or (ii) for which Partner both provides the real estate search user experience and exclusively sells products into the real estate search user experience (provided that Partner shall not be required to be the exclusive seller of display advertisement products sold to non-real estate professionals).

Partner Services means the services provided by Athena to Partner under this Agreement.

Partner Services means the provision of services by Partner to a Subscriber pursuant to separate agreement between Partner and Subscriber, including the provision of the Partner Software.

Partner Services means Partner’s business-to-consumer products and services that are accessible through the Zillow real estate network (the “Zillow Real Estate Network”), which consists of the websites listed on Exhibit A hereto, provided that “Partner Services” shall not include any products and services other than business-to-consumer products and services that are or may become accessible through the Zillow Real Estate Network. Partner may add other websites (a) that are owned or operated by Partner or its Affiliates, or (b) for which Partner or its Affiliates both generate the real estate search user experience and sell products into the real estate search user experience, to Exhibit A upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Threewide (which sites are referred to herein as “Additional Sites”).

Partner services are integral in identifying and treating previously undiagnosed and untreated cases of sexually transmitted infections, including HIV, resulting in decreased transmission of infection in the community.
