Partner Personnel definition

Partner Personnel means Partnerʼs directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and all other Partner personnel.
Partner Personnel means each member of the Key Staff and any other officer, employee, contractor of the Partner involved in a Project.
Partner Personnel means an employee(s) of a Partner who participates in the Competition.

More Definitions of Partner Personnel

Partner Personnel. Means any person who was at any time, or is employed by or sub-contracted on behalf of the Partner. For the avoidance of doubt this includes all such persons who may be employed or engaged by a sub-contractor of the Partner. “Partner Programme Group” Provided and maintained by the Partner, an overall list of all schools that the Partner provides its services to. “Partner Skills Matrix” Provides a record of RM accreditation by Partner technicians for the Partner’s CPD programme. Also clarifies which technologies Partners have chosen to install, support and train for which they have a requirement to access our services as well as those where they have chosen to deliver one or all of these services independently of RM and therefore have no requirement to utilise our services. Partner Personnel means human resources hired and/or engaged by the Partner to perform activities under the Agreement: permanent employees; fixed term hires; consultants; advisors; temporarily assigned staff; labor on wages; seconded personnel; volunteers; interns; and similar agents.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a training service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Receiving Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 37(d).

  • Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties, as of such date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Partner means any General Partner or Limited Partner.

  • Support personnel means the staffs that support the Key Personnel.

  • Key Project Personnel means the persons named in Schedule I (Key Project Personnel) and any replacement(s) approved by the City in accordance with ARTICLE 7;

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;
