Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.
SAP Partner Code of Conduct means SAP Group’s global policy document that provides a set of informative guidelines to enable partners to comply with good business practices which is published on SAP’s partner-dedicated website.
Partner Level means the program levels as described in detail in the applicable PartnerEdge Program Guide.
FMLA Leave means a leave of absence, which the Company is required to extend to an Employee under the provisions of the FMLA.
Garden Leave means any period during which the Company has exercised its rights under clause 23;
Annual leave and Clause 6.3 “Personal (Sick) Leave” of this Agreement.
Limited Partners means all such Persons.
Paid leave means time away from work by an employee for which the employee receives compensation, and is limited to sick time, vacation time, compensatory time and leave that is provided as an aggregate amount for use at the discretion of the employee for any of these same purposes. "Paid leave" does not include paid short-term or long-term disability, catastrophic leave or similar types of benefits.[PL 2005, c. 455, §1 (NEW).]
parental bereavement leave means leave under section 80EA of the Employment Rights Act 1996;
Limited Partner Interest means a Partnership Interest of a Limited Partner in the Partnership representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Partners and includes any and all benefits to which the holder of such a Partnership Interest may be entitled, as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of such Person to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. A Limited Partner Interest may be expressed as a number of Partnership Units (other than GP Units).
Limited Partner means, prior to the admission of the first Additional Limited Partner to the Partnership, the Initial Limited Partner, and thereafter any Person named as a Limited Partner in Exhibit A, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time, upon the execution and delivery by such Person of an additional limited partner signature page, or any Substituted Limited Partner or Additional Limited Partner, in such Person’s capacity as a Limited Partner of the Partnership.
Partner means any General Partner or Limited Partner.
the Contributions and Benefits Act means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992;
Partner Nonrecourse Deductions has the meaning set forth in Regulations Section 1.704-2(i)(2), and the amount of Partner Nonrecourse Deductions with respect to a Partner Nonrecourse Debt for a Partnership taxable year shall be determined in accordance with the rules of Regulations Section 1.704-2(i)(2).
adoption leave means a period of absence from work on ordinary or additional adoption leave by virtue of section 75A or 75B of the Employment Rights Act 1996;
Male employee means an employed male who is caring for a child borne of his spouse or a child placed with the employee for adoption purposes.
Leave of Absence means absent from work with permission.
Parental leave means leave to bond and to care for a newborn child after birth or to bond and care for a child after placement for adoption or xxxxxx care, for a period of up to sixteen (16) weeks after the birth or placement.
Executive Employee means those employees of the Company of Grade Level 10 or above.
Medical leave means leave of up to a total of 12 workweeks in a 12-month period because of an employee’s own serious health condition that makes the employee unable to work at all or unable to perform any one or more of the essential functions of the position of that employee. The term “essential functions” is defined in Government Code section 12926. “Medical leave” does not include leave taken for an employee’s pregnancy disability, as defined in (n) below, except as specified below in section 11093(c)(1).
