Partner Country definition

Partner Country means the country/countries in which the Services are to be delivered as specified in the Agreement Details in schedule 2.
Partner Country means any State or regional organisation that enters into a Partnership Agreement, as listed in Annex I;
Partner Country. Means the country or countries set out in Item 8 of the Agreement Details in which the Services are to be delivered.   • In the case of mobility between Programme and Partner Countries, this agreement must be always signed by the staff member, the Programme Country HEI as beneficiary and the Partner Country HEI as sending or receiving organisation.

  • In case of mobility from Partner Country HEIs to Programme Country enterprises the last box should be duplicated to include the signature of the Programme Country HEI (the beneficiary) and the receiving organisation (four signatures in total).

Partner Country means a country applying a set of export control measures substantially equivalent to those set out in this Regu­ lation, as identified in Annex VIII;
