Partner Council definition

Partner Council means one of the following local authorities: Hastings District Council, Napier City Council and Hawke’s Bay Regional Council.
Partner Council means each Council entering into this Agreement other than the Host Authority
Partner Council and “Partner” means the Councils who’s elected Members have voting rights on the Joint Waste Management Board as detailed in paragraph 5.1.1. “Partners" means the Partner Councils collectively
