Partner Company Disclosure Schedule means Partner Company Disclosure Schedule, dated as of the date of its delivery pursuant to Section 6.7(a) by Partner Company to Founder, as thereafter amended and updated pursuant to this Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt, the representations and warranties contained in the various Sections and subsections of this Agreement do not need to contain a reference to the Partner Company Disclosure Schedule for the information set forth in the Partner Company Disclosure Schedule to modify, or create and exception to, the representations and warranties set forth in such Sections or subsections.

  • Except as set forth in Section 4.18(a) of Partner Company Disclosure Schedule or pursuant to any agreement set forth thereon, no Subject Partner Company is obligated to make any payment to any person for the use of any Subject Partner Company Proprietary Asset.

  • Company Financial Advisor has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Buyer SEC Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

  • Buyer SEC Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).
