Parties to the Trust definition

Parties to the Trust means Terra Asia Holdings II Pte Ltd. (in its capacity as the sponsor of the Trust) (the “Sponsor”), Axis Trustee Services Limited (in its capacity as the trustee of the Trust) (the “Trustee”), Virescent Infrastructure Investment Manager Private Limited (in its capacity as the investment manager of the Trust) (the “Investment Manager”) and Virescent Renewable Energy Project Manager PrivateLimited (in its capacity as the project manager of the Trust) (the “Project Manager”), and any other person designated as the sponsor, trustee or investment manager or project manager of the Trust from time to time.

  • Master Servicing Agreement means the master servicing agreement entered into on 20 May 2013 between the Guarantor, the Issuer and the Master Servicer.

  • Pass Through Trust Agreement means each of the two separate Trust Supplements relating to the Pass Through Trusts, together in each case with the Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Class A Trust Agreement Has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.
