Participation in Meetings by Conference Telephone. Board Members may participate in a meeting of the Board of Managers by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other or by any other means permitted by law. Such participation shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.
Participation in Meetings by Conference Telephone. No director may participate in a meeting of the Board unless such director is present in person at the meeting except, if circumstances make in-person participation at the meeting impractical for any director, such director may participate in the meeting by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by which all persons participating can hear each other provided that such director is in the United States of America at all times during the meeting and a majority of the directors constituting the Board are present in person at the meeting.
Participation in Meetings by Conference Telephone. Trustees may participate in a meeting of Trustees by conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all Persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation shall constitute presence in person at such meeting (unless prohibited by applicable law). Any meeting conducted by telephone shall be deemed to take place at and from the principal office of the Trust.

Participation in Meetings by Conference Telephone. Unless otherwise restricted by the Certificate of Formation, this Agreement or the Act, members of the Managers may participate in a meeting of the Managers by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
Participation in Meetings by Conference Telephone. Members of the Board of Partner Representatives may participate in a meeting of the Board of Partner Representatives by means of a conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other or by any other means permitted from time to time by the New Jersey Business Corporation Law for the conduct of a meeting of a board of directors of a corporation organized thereunder. Such participation shall be deemed to constitute presence in person at such meeting.
Participation in Meetings by Conference Telephone. Any Director may participate in a meeting of the Directors by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment, which enables all persons participating in the meeting to hear each other. Such participation shall constitute presence in person at such meeting, except where a Director participates in the meeting via such communications equipment for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened.
Participation in Meetings by Conference Telephone. Any shareholder who is otherwise entitled to participate in any meeting of the shareholders may attend, be counted for the purposes of determining a quorum and exercise all rights and privileges to which he might be entitled were he personally in attendance, including the right to vote, by means of a conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other.
Participation in Meetings by Conference Telephone. Any one or more Members may participate in a meeting of the Committee by means of a conference telephone or similar communications equipment allowing all persons participating in the meeting to hear each other at the same time. Participation by such means shall constitute presence in person at a meeting.
Participation in Meetings by Conference Telephone. Where -------------- ------------------------------------------------- appropriate communication facilities are reasonably available, any or all directors shall have the right to participate in all or any part of a meeting of the Board of Directors or a committee thereof by means of conference telephone or any means of communication by which all persons participating in the meeting are able to hear each other.
