Participation Election Form definition

Participation Election Form shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.18.
Participation Election Form means the form on which a Participant elects the total dollar amount of Deferrals to be made during a Deferral Period under the Plan.
Participation Election Form means the written agreement or commitment to make a deferral submitted by the Participant to the Administrator pursuant to Article 4 of the Plan. The Participant Election Form may take the form of an electronic communication followed by appropriate confirmation according to procedures established by the Administrator.

More Definitions of Participation Election Form

Participation Election Form. Participation Election Form" means the form that --------------------------- an Eligible Employee files with the Administrator to participate in the Plan for a given Plan Year.
