Participating University definition

Participating University means a university participating as a Researcher under this Agreement. Party means a party to this Agreement and includes that Party’s successors, permitted assigns, and related entities. PDF means portable document format, with the file extension “.pdf”.

  • Participating University locations, such as the Medical Center, are required to contribute at a rate assessed each year by the University.

  • Any Participating University may withdraw from the Programme upon written notice submitted at the latest six months before the beginning of the next academic year.

  • Failure to uphold the responsibilities spelled out in this Charter may lead to the expulsion of any Participating University subject to a decision of the Council, reached by a 3/4 majority vote of all Participating Universities.

  • On orders shipped overseas or outside of the continental United States, the awarded Respondent will give the Participating University the opportunity to provide input regarding carrier selection and performance.
