Examples of Participating town in a sentence

  • Members appointed from a local School Committee shall serve on the Regional District School Committee until replaced by their respective School Committee or until their term on the School Committee of the Participating Town expires.

  • However, upon reelection to the School Committee of a Participating Town, such members are eligible to reappointment to the Regional District School Committee.

  • Until the termination date, the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the obligation to pay Fees assessed by the Committee, shall apply to the terminating Participating Town.

  • Appointed Members One of the Regional District School Committee members from each Participating Town shall be appointed annually by the local school committee from its own membership not later than 10 days after the annual town election of the Participating Town which votes last.

  • Subject to (a) the payments of fees discussed below1set forth in Section 6 below as they may from time to time be amended, (b) the terms of this Agreement, and (c) to the rules and regulations adopted by the Committee, as they may from time to time be amended, the Committee will allow the Residents (as defined in Section 3 below) of each Participating Town to dispose of certain solid waste, construction debris, and recycled materials at the Facility.

  • Upon Defaultdefault of any provision of this Agreement by a Participating Town, the Residents of the defaulting Town shall no longer be permitted to use the Facility.

  • Participating FFI means an FFI that, as from the effective date of any rules requiring withholding on "passthru payments" (as such term is defined pursuant to Sections 1471 through 1474 of the Code and any regulations thereunder or official interpretations thereof), meets the requirements of Section 1471(b) of the Code and any regulations or other official guidance issued thereunder and that has not elected to be withheld upon pursuant to Section 1471(b)(3) of the Code.
