Participating States definition

Participating States means a Member or non-Member State participating in a given Agency programme according to Article V.1 (a) and (b) of the European Space Agency Convention.
Participating States means those state agencies identified in the attached Schedule A.

Examples of Participating States in a sentence

  • That this Agreement shall become effective upon execution by all of the State Mortgage Regulators for the Participating States and when posted on the NMLS (the “Effective Date”).

  • That pursuant to the licensing and supervision laws of the Participating States, the Participating States have jurisdiction over Respondent as described herein and may enforce the terms of this Agreement thereon unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.
