Participating Physicians definition

Participating Physicians means the co-located physician(s) who agree to incorporate the Interprofessional Team Member into their primary care team and to direct his or her efforts in providing primary care, under the supervision of one or more of their number, as attested by the signature of said physicians on this Agreement;

Participating Physicians means those physicians who subscribe to the POC Channels and who use such POC Channels to support and enable prescription writing and who use the POC Channels to write prescriptions at least twice a month.

Participating Physicians means each billing provider, including but not limited to physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, employed by or contracted with Provider participating and meeting the qualifications under this Agreement and are listed in Exhibit B.

• PHS shall promptly advise IPA (or the IPA Advisory Committee if such Committee is assigned responsibility by IPA for performance reviews of Participating Physicians) if a Participating Physician fails to satisfy such Performance Standards.

• PHS shall develop Performance Standards which it shall use to monitor performance of Participating Physicians.

More Definitions of Participating Physicians

Participating Physicians means the physicians licensed to practice medicine in the State of Illinois, and qualified to participate in government programs as applicable who have entered into a Participation Agreement with PHO.
