Participating Municipalities definition

Participating Municipalities means that term as used in the district library establishment act, Act No. 24 of the Public Acts of 1989.

Participating Municipalities means collectively, all Tier 1 Short-Term Municipalities, Tier 1 Long-Term Municipalities, Tier 2 Municipalities, Tier 3 Municipalities and Tier 4 Municipalities.

Participating Municipalities means those municipalities or counties that adopt this Agreement subsequent to the Charter Municipalities.

• The suspension will be in effect throughout all of the Participating Municipalities and it will be unlawful for the holder to carry on the Business authorized by the Inter-municipal TNS Business Licence in any Participating Municipality for the period of the suspension.

• CRRA shall at all times maintain or cause to be maintained with responsible insurers, all such insurance as is customarily maintained with respect to facilities of like character to the Waste Facilities and as may be reasonably required and obtainable within limits and at costs deemed reasonable by CRRA, against loss or damages, use and occupancy, and public and other liability, to the extent reasonably necessary to protect the interest of CRRA and of the Participating Municipalities.

• The Base Disposal Fee shall be uniform as to all Participating Municipalities and shall be calculated without regard to the location of any Participating Municipality’s Designated Waste Facility.

• If a Participating Municipality withdraws from the Inter-municipal TNS Business Licence scheme among the Participating Municipalities in accordance with the Inter-municipal TNS Business Licence By-law, then the Inter-municipal TNS Business Licence will cease to be valid within the jurisdictional boundary of that former Participating Municipality.

• The County and Participating Municipalities shall have 90 days from the Effective Date to transition to a Comcast Business Service Internet Plan for the cable modem accounts listed in Exhibit 5 or to cancel service.

More Definitions of Participating Municipalities

Participating Municipalities means the municipalities for whom ONE JIB acts as the Joint investment Board under the terms of the ONE JIB Agreement from time to time;

Participating Municipalities means: Bagé, Pelotas, Rio Grande, Santa Xxxxx and Uruguaiana and any other municipality in the Guarantor’s State of Rio Grande do Sul which meets the criteria set forth in the Operational Manual to participate in the Program.

Participating Municipalities means all or some of the following municipalities participating in the Joint Compliance Audit Committee process: The City of Orillia, The Town of Collingwood, Town of Midland, Town of Penetanguishene, Town of Wasaga Beach, Township of Clearview, Township of Oro-Medonte, Township of Ramara, Township of Severn, Township of Springwater, Township of Tay and the Township of Tiny.

Participating Municipalities means any two or more municipalities involved in a consolidation effort, or which have been consolidated together into a consolidated municipality, pursuant to the provisions of this act.

Participating Municipalities means those municipal corporations identified in Appendix "A" attached hereto.
