Participating Employers definition

Participating Employers means the Company and any members of the Group which participate or have at any time participated in a UK Pension Scheme.

Participating Employers are those employers who contribute financially to the Fund as of June 30, 2019, and all employers who may thereafter begin contributing financially to the Fund. The contribution to the Fund shall be an amount equal to one percent (1%) of the gross payroll of the Service Unit employees.
