Participating Districts definition

Participating Districts means the following districts of the Borrower: Sikka in the Province of Nusa Tenggara Timur; Biak and Raja Ampat in the Province of Papua; Pangkajene Kepulauan and Selayer in the Province of Sulawesi Selatan; and Buton in the Province of Sulawesi Tenggara;

Participating Districts means two or more such Districts as the context requires.

Participating Districts means the Districts of Kilifi, Kwale, Lamu, Malindi, and Taita Taveta and any other districts which may be agreed with the Association in writing.

Examples of Participating Districts in a sentence

• Excess costs will be billed directly to Participating Districts on the per pupil fixed cost basis in such Program, as calculated by the Erie County Technical School.

• The Participating Districts shall be responsible to pay any additional expenses which result from excess costs of such Transition Program.

• Special programs may be implemented by the Erie County Technical School Committee in accordance with authorization received from the Participating Districts.

• Participating Districts desiring to participate in a special program shall adopt a resolution authorizing Erie County Technical School Committee to institute such a program and to charge the district with their prorated share of the cost of operating the program.

• The Participating Districts will pay an assessment for the Transition Program to be determined by per pupil fixed-cost, based on current expenses.

More Definitions of Participating Districts

Participating Districts means, collectively, Jinshan and Fengxian; and “Participating District” means either of said Participating Districts.

Participating Districts means WCWD, RID, BWGWD, and any other District that joins, as provided under Section 5 of this Agreement, the annual process under Exhibit A for monitoring water temperature, calculating YL, and determining compensation.

Participating Districts means those districts that opt to participate in Component 3 of the Project and which are located within West Java, West Sumatra, Yogyakarta and Lampung Provinces;

Participating Districts means the Borrower’s districts of Akhangaran (Tashkent region), Ellikalin (Republic of Karakalpakstan), Marhamat (Andijan region), Nishan (Kashkadarya region) and Sherabad (Surhandarya region);
