Participating Claimants means and refers to members of the Settlement Class who submit timely, complete, and valid Claim Forms and who are determined by the Settlement Administrator to be eligible for benefits under this Agreement.

Participating Claimants as used in this Agreement shall refer to those persons or derivative claimants who are claiming an injury due to the use of Zyprexa and whose cases and claims are subject to the terms of this Agreement.
