Examples of Participant Schedule in a sentence

  • Each Participant Schedule shall state the date as of which it applies, and the Trustee shall be entitled to rely upon such Participant Schedule, without a duty of further inquiry, until it receives an updated Participant Schedule bearing a later date.

  • As soon as practicable following the record date in question, the Company shall deliver to the Trustee a Participant Schedule listing Eligible Participants determined as of such record date.

  • Participant ID means each unique identifier assigned to a Participant other than a DMA Customer by BSEF for access to the SEF operated by BSEF.
