Participant Portal definition

Participant Portal means the LetsGetChecked-branded web portal where by Participants may track the status of the Test Kit and the Results.
Participant Portal means a secured web application specific to authorized OAH case participants allowing access to their case related records and data. This portal allows the participants to file documents electronically for existing cases.
Participant Portal means the Generation Flex portal, or such other tool established by the Corporation to enable Employees to manage their participation in this Plan in accordance with the terms herein;

Examples of Participant Portal in a sentence

  • Communications in the electronic exchange system must be made by persons authorised according to the Participant Portal Terms & Conditions.

  • The role and tasks of the XXXX are stipulated in his/her appointment letter (see Participant Portal Terms & Conditions).

  • All communication must be made through the Participant Portal electronic exchange system and using the forms and templates provided there.

  • For a given call for proposals identified above, the co-funding mechanism/procedure would work as follows: ➢ The EU publishes its call for proposals under Horizon 2020 (on the "Participant Portal" – to which clickable links are included in the table above).

Related to Participant Portal

  • Participant ID means each unique identifier assigned to a Participant other than a DMA Customer by BSEF for access to the SEF operated by BSEF.

  • Participant contract means a contract by which a sponsored captive insurance company insures the risks of a participant and limits the losses of the participant to the assets of a protected cell.

  • Participant Group means you, each of your holding companies and subsidiaries and each subsidiary of each of your holding companies (as each such term is defined in the Companies Act 1985); and

  • Participant Direction Procedures means such instructions, guidelines or policies, the terms of which are incorporated herein, as shall be established pursuant to Section 4.10 and observed by the Administrator and applied and provided to Participants who have Participant Directed Accounts.

  • Section 162(m) Participant means any key Employee designated by the Administrator as a key Employee whose compensation for the fiscal year in which the key Employee is so designated or a future fiscal year may be subject to the limit on deductible compensation imposed by Section 162(m) of the Code.

  • Participant Contributions means contributions made by the Participant pursuant to an executed Pay Reduction Agreement subject to the Participant Contribution limits contained in Article III.

  • Service Unit means a standardized measure of consumption, use, generation, or discharge attributable to an individual unit of development calculated in accordance with generally accepted engineering or planning standards for a particular category of capital improvements.

  • Participants is defined in Section 12.2.1.

  • Participant Documentation means the agreements (together with any applicable schedules, exhibits or appendices thereto required by BSEF) in form and substance acceptable to BSEF, that are required to be executed and delivered to BSEF before a Person may access the SEF operated by BSEF as a Participant. Participant Documentation shall not include DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Market Participant Energy Withdrawal means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Demand Bids, Decrement Bids, real-time load (net of Behind The Meter Generation expected to be operating, but not to be less than zero), internal bilateral transactions and Export Transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals. Market Seller Offer Cap:

  • Participant Agreement means an employment or other services agreement between a Participant and the Service Recipient that describes the terms and conditions of such Participant’s employment or service with the Service Recipient and is effective as of the date of determination.

  • discretionary use means the use of land or a building provided for in this Bylaw for which a development permit may be issued upon an application having been made;

  • Economic Load Response Participant means a Member or Special Member that qualifies under Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.5A, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.5A, to participate in the PJM Interchange Energy Market and/or Ancillary Services markets through reductions in demand. Economic Maximum:

  • Section 162(m) Award means a Performance Award granted under Section 6(k)(i) to a Covered Employee that is intended to satisfy the requirements for “performance-based compensation” within the meaning of Section 162(m).

  • Service Award means any Court ordered payment to Plaintiff for serving as Class Representative, which is in addition to any payment due to Plaintiff as a Settlement Class Member.

  • CDS Participant means a participant in CDS that holds security entitlements in Units on behalf of beneficial owners of those Units;

  • FTR Participant means any Market Participant that provides or is required to provide Collateral in order to participate in PJM’s FTR auctions.
