Participant Member means a member of an HIO that is a Participant of SCHIEx. A Participant Member must execute a Participation Agreement and pay the requisit Participation Fee as set forth on the Fee Schedule, but the HIO may pay the fee on behalf of its Participant Members. A Participant Member must adhere to all requirements for Participants stated in these SCHIEx Policies and Procedures.
