Participant definition

Participant has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).
Participant means, with respect to the Depositary, Euroclear or Clearstream, a Person who has an account with the Depositary, Euroclear or Clearstream, respectively (and, with respect to DTC, shall include Euroclear and Clearstream).
Participant has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(c).

Participant has the meaning set forth in Section 9.04.
