Partial Termination definition

Partial Termination has the meaning set forth in the Section 6.3(a).
Partial Termination means the termination of a part, but not all, of the work that has not been completed and accepted under a contract.

More Definitions of Partial Termination

Partial Termination has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.02(a)(ii) of the Servicing Agreement.
