Partial Fiscal Years definition

Partial Fiscal Years. The computations set forth in Section 4.2(b)(2) above shall be adjusted to take into account eligibility for partial fiscal years by computing them based upon the entire fiscal year and multiplying these results by the ratio of the number of days of such partial fiscal year to the number of days in the complete fiscal year.

Related to Partial Fiscal Years

  • Current Fiscal Year means the fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.

  • Fiscal Year means the fiscal year of the Company.

  • Fiscal Year End means December 31 of each calendar year.

  • Trust Fiscal Year means the period commencing on March 1 of any year and ending on February 28 (or February 29, if applicable) of the following year.

  • State Fiscal Year means the period beginning September 1 and ending August 31 each year, which is the annual accounting period for the State of Texas.

  • Fiscal Month means any of the monthly accounting periods of Borrower.

  • Annual Accounting Period or “Financial Year” means the period commence on 1st July and shall end on 30th June of the succeeding calendar year.

  • Fiscal Quarter means a fiscal quarter of any Fiscal Year.

  • Fiscal Quarters means the period from January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30 and October 1 to December 31 of the applicable year.

  • Quarter means, unless the context requires otherwise, a fiscal quarter of the Partnership, or, with respect to the fiscal quarter of the Partnership which includes the Closing Date, the portion of such fiscal quarter after the Closing Date.

  • Financial Year means the period commencing from April 1 of any given year to March 31 of the succeeding year.

  • Crop year means any 12 month period which represents the planting, growing, harvesting and marketing of an insurable crop, as stated in the Schedules;

  • Quarterly Period means each period of three (3) consecutive months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.

  • Operating Period means the period commencing from the Commercial Operation Date, until the last day of the Term of this Agreement or date of earlier termination of this Agreement in accordance with Article 2 of this Agreement;

  • Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.

  • Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Twelve-Month Period means a twelve-month period ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date or on each subsequent anniversary thereof.

  • Fiscal Period means any interim accounting period within a Taxable Year established by the Manager and which is permitted or required by Section 706 of the Code.

  • Income year means any year or accounting period beginning 1 July of one calendar year and ending 30 June of the following calendar year or any other period that the Trustees by resolution adopt;

  • Calendar Year means each successive period of twelve (12) months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31.

  • Most Recent Fiscal Year End has the meaning set forth in Section 4(g) below.

  • Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.
