  • Standard Contractual Clauses means the clauses attached hereto as Exhibit 1 pursuant to the European Commission’s decision (C(2010)593) of 5 February 2010 on Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection.

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses means the standard contractual clauses promulgated by the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021 (C/2021/3972) on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to the GDPR.

  • Regulation X means Regulation X of the Board as from time to time in effect and all official rulings and interpretations thereunder or thereof.

  • Short-Term Investments means short-term investments as defined by GAAP.

  • Support Terms means the detailed description of the applicable Support Services as specified at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corp/legal/.

  • Regulations T, U and X means Regulations T, U and X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor), as the same may be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.
