Part 3. General provisions

Part 3 means the relevant part of the process specified by the DVSA to be undertaken by persons wishing to qualify as an ADI, being Theory and Hazard Perception (Part 1), Driving Ability (Part 2), Teaching Ability (Part 3) and “Part” or “Parts” shall be construed as meaning any one or more of these parts as appropriate;
