Part 1 Application definition

Part 1 Application means the Historic Preservation Certification Application Part 1- Request for Historical Certification.
Part 1 Application means a form prescribed by the officer to determine historic property status;
Part 1 Application means state form HPD:WTC001, “Historic Preservation Certification Application, Part 1—Evalua- tion of Significance,” available from the division of historic pres- ervation, state historical society, 816 State Street, Madison, Wis- consin 53706.
