Private school means a school regulated under chapter 28A.195 or 28A.205 RCW.
Commercial or marketing purpose means the sale of student data; or its use or disclosure for purposes of receiving remuneration, whether directly or indirectly; the use of student data for advertising purposes, or to develop, improve, or market products or services to students.
Regional body means the members of the council and the premiers of Ontario and Quebec or their designee as established by the agreement.
School or We or Us means Notre Dame School Cobham as now or in the future constituted (and any successor). The School is constituted as a charitable company limited by guarantee.
Port Authority means the Port Hedland Port Authority, being the body corporate established for the Port under the Port Authorities Act;
Middle school means a public school with any grades 6 through 8.
CPSC means the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.

Competent Authority and ‘Appellate Authority’ shall mean the following:
private sewer means a pipe or pipes which drain foul or surface water, or both, from premises, and are not vested in a Sewerage Undertaker;
Confidential commercial or financial information means any business information (other than trade secrets) which is exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirement of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552. Exemptions from mandatory disclosure which may be applicable to business information contained in proposals include exemption (4), which covers “commercial and financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential,” and exemption (9), which covers “geological and geophysical information, including maps, concerning wells.”
At school means in a classroom, elsewhere on school premises, on a school bus or other school- related vehicle, or at a school-sponsored activity or event whether or not it is held on school premises. “At school” includes conduct using a telecommunications access device or telecommunications service provider that occurs on or off school premises if the telecommunications access device or the telecommunications service provider is owned by or under the control of the school.
State school aid fund means the state school aid fund established in section 11 of article IX of the state constitution of 1963.
Private communication service means a telecommunication service that entitles the customer to exclusive or priority use of a communications channel or group of channels between or among termination points, regardless of the manner in which such channel or channels are connected, and includes switching capacity, extension lines, stations, and any other associated services that are provided in connection with the use of such channel or channels.
USDA means the United States Department of Agriculture.
School means an elementary or secondary school.
Sales Agreement means the agreement between the Client and the Partner for the sale of Goods in accordance with the Order.
School entity means a school district, intermediate
Teledentistry means a dentist’s use of health information technology in real time to provide limited diagnostic treatment planning services in cooperation with another dentist, a dental hygienist, a community health coordinator or a student enrolled in a program of study to become a dental assistant, dental hygienist or dentist.
Public university means a public university described in section 4, 5, or 6 of article VIII of the state constitution of 1963.
Private carrier means an owner of a transport vehicle other than a public carrier who uses that vehicle solely for the carriage of goods which are his property or the carriage of which is necessary for the purposes of his business, not being a business of providing transport, or who uses the vehicle for any of the purposes specified in sub-section (2) of section 44;

Request for Proposal or RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.
Marketing Agreement means an agreement entered into, with the director, by producers, distributors, processors, or handlers pursuant to this act and binding only on those signing the agreement.
School Community means all parents, students and staff of the school and all other persons who have a legitimate interest in or connection with the school.
