Parking Rates definition

Parking Rates means the rates, fees, charges, interest, penalties, and other amounts charged for or arising out of the use of Public Spaces, and other spaces for parking motor vehicles in the Parking Facility.
Parking Rates means the rates computed in accordance with Section 4.4(b). “Parties” means any Person party to this Agreement.
Parking Rates means the fees, including any variable rates imposed to regulate occupancy levels, set by the SFMTA to be charged by a Manager and collected from customers parking vehicles in a Facility. The Parking Rates are set in accordance with Section 3.2 of these Regulations.

Examples of Parking Rates in a sentence

  • The Parking Rates for Signatory Airlines for the First Partial Term Year, if any, and each of the first five Full Term Years shall equal the aircraft parking rates in effect at the Airport as of the Original Closing.

  • The Parking Rates for Signatory Airlines for each of the remaining Full Term Years and the Last Partial Term Year, if any, shall equal (A) the CPI Factor for that year multiplied by (B) the Parking Rates for the prior Term Year.

  • The Parking Rates for Non-Signatory Airlines in any full or partial Term Year shall equal 125% of the Parking Rates charged to Signatory Airlines for that year.


More Definitions of Parking Rates

Parking Rates. Unreserved Garage Spaces: $55/month through the first full twelve (12) months of Tenant's occupancy; Unreserved Surface Lot Spaces: $35/month through the first full twelve (12) months of tenant's occupancy. There shall be an annual limit on increases of not more than 10% on Tenant's parking rate increases after the first full twelve (12) months of Tenant's occupancy. Subject to the foregoing, any year that parking rates are increased less than the allowed amount, the amount of unused allowable increase less can be used in any subsequent years. For example, if parking rates are increased only 5% in the third full lease year, Landlord may increase parking rates as much as 15% the next year.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
