Parking Place With Ticket Machines means an area on a highway designated as such by this Order (being the areas identified on the Plans pursuant to this Order as Pay and Display)
Parking Place With Ticket Machines means an area on a highway designated as such by this Order and identified on the Mapped Schedules hereto as “Pay and Display”;

  • During the Hours of Operation, no Vehicle shall Wait in a Parking Place With Ticket Machines longer than the maximum permitted time shown on the Plans regardless of the period for which any Parking Charge may have been paid and regardless of the otherwise apparent validity of a Parking Ticket.

  • A Disabled Person’s Vehicle Waiting in a Parking Place With Ticket Machines shall be exempt from the payment of any Parking Charge and shall not be subject to the maximum permissible Waiting time.

  • The Council will install Ticket Machines in such positions as it thinks fit in or near Parking Place With Ticket Machines for the satisfactory operation of those Parking Places.

  • Each Parking Place With Ticket Machines may only be used for the Waiting of Vehicles in accordance with this Order.

  • Each area on a highway identified on the Plans pursuant to this Order as pay and display is hereby designated as a Parking Place With Ticket Machines.

  • A Vehicle shall not re-use any part of any Parking Place With Ticket Machines for Waiting in the same road or street until at least 1 hour has passed since the end of its last use irrespective of whether or not it is the same Parking Place or Parking Bay and notwithstanding that the first Parking Ticket may not yet have expired.

  • It is prohibited for a Vehicle to Wait in a Parking Place With Ticket Machines contrary to the terms of this Order.

  • Nothing in this Order requires the Driver of a Vehicle lawfully displaying in the relevant position a valid Disabled Person’s Badge which is Waiting in any Resident Parking Place or Parking Place With Ticket Machines to pay any Parking Charge or to observe any maximum permitted Waiting time limit.

  • parking place means a road or length of road designated for the leaving of vehicles as indicated by appropriate road markings

  • Equipment with Specific Operational Limits means any Equipment related to the thermal oxidation of waste or waste derived fuels, fume incinerators or any other Equipment that is specifically referenced in any published Ministry document that outlines specific operational guidance that must be considered by the Director in issuing of a Certificate of Approval.

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Airport lounge means a business location:

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Remote location means any location that is at least one (1.0) mile from the location of a receptor. "Receptor" includes, but is not limited to, any hospital, school, day care center, work site, business, residence, and permanent campground. The distance to the nearest receptor is to be measured from the outermost limit of the area to be disturbed or road surface, whichever is closer.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Passenger means any person, except members of the crew, carried or to be carried in an aircraft with the consent of the carrier pursuant to a valid contract of carriage.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Data Center means the location where the production instance of the Cloud Service is hosted for the Customer in its region, as published at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corporate-en/about/our- company/policies/data-privacy-and-security/location-of-data-center.html or notified to Customer or otherwise agreed in an Order Form.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;
