Parking Lot Lease definition

Parking Lot Lease. Means that certain letter agreement dated November 14, 2003 by and between Seller and Verizon California Inc. granting Seller a revocable license to utilize 4,000 square feet of parking lot space in the parking lot commonly known as 00000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx.
