Parking Garage Project definition

Parking Garage Project means the design and construction of the Public Parking Garage, which work is more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. [Attach reference to plans and specs for the garage]
Parking Garage Project means the development and construction of a parking garage by an Affiliate of Landlord (the “Parking Garage”) on an approximate one (1) acre area of land which is ground leased from NGRID (the “NGRID Ground Lease”), in the most northwesterly corner of the NGRID Parcel, labeled on the Master Redevelopment Project Plan as “Structured Parking” (the “Parking Garage Parcel”). The Garage is currently planned as a 7-level, 2-bay, approximate 650 +/-space above- ground structure with dimensions of approximately 125 feet by 255 feet including vertical transportation facilities (stairs and elevators). The exact location and dimensions of the Garage Parcel and the terms and conditions of the NGRID Ground Lease therefor, shall be subject to the mutual agreement of NGRID and Landlord or Landlord’s Affiliate.
Parking Garage Project means the pre-cast concrete structure to provide parking for approximately five hundred (500) cars to be located on the block adjacent to the Casino Project, to be connected to the Casino Project with an elevated pedestrian bridge over Spring Street. "Payment Subordination Agreement" shall mean the Payment Subordination Agreement to be executed by each Subordinated Debt Holder that intends to loan or advance any Subordinated Debt to Borrower following the Closing Date, which shall be executed in favor of Agent Bank on behalf of the Lenders prior to the date of incurrence of such Subordinated Debt in each case substantially in the form of the Payment Subordination Agreement marked "Exhibit E", affixed hereto and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof.

  • Development Manager shall cause its employees, contractors, subcontractors and authorized agents, if any, to comply with all applicable federal, state, county and municipal laws, regulations, ordinances, rules, and requirements, including without limitation, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Occupational, Health and Safety Administration, National Fire Protection Agency or any other agency or governmental body having jurisdiction over the Parking Garage Project.

  • DSA hereby expressly confirms that DSA understands that the Parking Garage Project is a portion of the larger Phase 1 Project, which SRL and Development Manager shall be installing during and after completion of the Parking Garage Project.

  • Any contract of any kind whatsoever affecting or in connection with the Parking Garage Project between Development Manager and any Affiliate of Development Manager shall be subject to DSA's prior Approval, which Approval may be withheld by DSA in its absolute discretion for any reason whatsoever.

  • As compensation for Development Manager's services rendered in connection with the Parking Garage Project, DSA shall pay to Development Manager a "Development Management Fee" in the amount of four percent (4%) of the total hard and soft costs incurred with respect to the Parking Garage Project.
