Pari Passu Secured Parties definition

Pari Passu Secured Parties means (a) the holders of any Pari Passu Debt Obligations, (b) any Representative(s) with respect thereto and (c) the successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.

Pari Passu Secured Parties means (a) the Credit Agreement Secured Parties and (ii) the Additional Pari Passu Secured Parties with respect to each Series of Additional Pari Passu Obligations.

Pari Passu Secured Parties means, collectively, the Collateral Agent, the New Credit Facility Secured Parties and the Notes Secured Parties (each as defined below in the definition of “Series”), and any Additional Pari Passu Secured Parties.

• Reliance on Collateral Agent and Other Pari Passu Secured Parties.

Pari Passu Secured Parties means the holders from time to time of Pari Passu Obligations.

Pari Passu Secured Parties means (a) XHR Credit Agreements Secured Parties, (b) Existing 2025 Notes Secured Parties, (c) the Notes Secured Parties and (d) any other Additional Pari Passu Secured Parties.

Pari Passu Secured Parties means (i) the Notes Secured Parties and (ii) any Future Pari Passu Indebted- ness Secured Parties.

Pari Passu Secured Parties means (i) with respect to the Notes, the Trustee, the Collateral Agent, the Holders of the Notes and the other persons from time to time holding Obligations under this Indenture and (ii) with respect to any series of Additional Pari Passu Debt, the holders of such Additional Pari Passu Debt, the authorized representative with respect thereto, any trustee or agent therefor under any related Pari Passu Document and the beneficiaries of each indemnification obligation undertaken by the Company or any Guarantor under any related Pari Passu Documents and the holders of any other Pari Passu Obligations secured by the Pari Passu Documents for such series of Additional Pari Passu Debt.

Pari Passu Secured Parties means (1) the Initial Term Loan Secured Parties, (2) the Notes Secured Parties and (3) any Additional Pari Passu Secured Parties.
