Pari Passu Loan Primary Servicing Fee Rate definition

Pari Passu Loan Primary Servicing Fee Rate means the “Master Servicing Fee Rate” (as defined in the related Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement) and any other servicing fee rate (other than those payable to the applicable Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Special Servicer) applicable to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan.
Pari Passu Loan Primary Servicing Fee Rate means the “Master Servicing Fee Rate” (as defined in the related Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement) and any other servicing fee rate (other than those payable to the applicable Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Special Servicer) applicable to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) the Pari Passu Loan Primary Servicing Fee Rate for the Milford Plaza Fee Mortgage Loan shall be 0.01% per annum and (ii) the Pari Passu Loan Primary Servicing Fee Rate for The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Mortgage Loan (on and after The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Companion Loan Securitization Date) shall be in an amount set forth in the Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement entered into in connection with the securitization of The Mall at Txxxxx Crossing Companion Loan.
Pari Passu Loan Primary Servicing Fee Rate means the “Master Servicing Fee Rate” (as defined in the related Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement) and any other servicing fee rate (other than those payable to the applicable Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Special Servicer) applicable to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) the Pari Passu Loan Primary Servicing Fee Rate for the Westfield Countryside Mortgage Loan shall be 0.01% per annum and (ii) the Pari Passu Loan Primary Servicing Fee Rate for the Bxxxxxx Center Mortgage Loan shall be 0.01% per annum.

Related to Pari Passu Loan Primary Servicing Fee Rate

  • Primary Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the rate that corresponds to such Mortgage Loan set forth on Exhibit A hereto under the heading “Primary Servicing Fee.”

  • Master Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.25% per annum.

  • Special Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and each REO Loan, 0.25% per annum.

  • Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.50% per annum.

  • Subservicing Fee Rate The per annum rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "SUBSERV FEE".

  • Excess Servicing Fee Rate The rate of 0.0% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan.

  • Series Servicing Fee Percentage means 2.0%.

  • Net Servicing Fee Rate means (a) so long as the Seller or The Bank of New York is the Servicer, 1.25% per annum and (b) if the Seller or The Bank of New York is no longer the Servicer, 2.0% per annum.

  • Servicing Fee Percentage With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage specified on the Servicer Mortgage Loan Schedule.

With respect to each Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan and the related Servicing Shift Loan Combination, each related Pari Passu Companion Loan will cease to be a Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • Excess Servicing Fee Right With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto), the right to receive Excess Servicing Fees. In the absence of any transfer of the Excess Servicing Fee Right, the Master Servicer shall be the owner of such Excess Servicing Fee Right.

  • Class A Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Class B Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Noteholder Servicing Fee is defined in Section 3.1.

  • Primary Servicing Fee means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Mortgage Loan, the fee payable to the Primary Servicer pursuant to Section 3.01(c)(20) of this Agreement.

  • Pari Passu Companion Loan A Companion Loan that, pursuant to the related Loan Documents and/or the related Co-Lender Agreement, is pari passu in right of payment to the related Split Mortgage Loan. The only Pari Passu Companion Loans related to the Trust as of the Closing Date are evidenced by the Notes identified in the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Pari Passu Companion Loan(s),” each of which Notes evidences a separate Pari Passu Companion Loan.

  • Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.

  • Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan Holder A holder of a Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan.

  • Certificate Administrator Fee Rate 0.0031% per annum.

  • Subservicing Fee As to any Mortgage Loan, the fee payable monthly to the related Subservicer (or, in the case of a Nonsubserviced Mortgage Loan, to the Master Servicer) in respect of subservicing and other compensation that accrues at an annual rate equal to the excess of the Mortgage Rate borne by the related Mortgage Note over the rate per annum designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "CURR NET" for such Mortgage Loan.
