Examples of ParentCo Sub in a sentence

  • The purchase price payable by ParentCo or ParentCo Sub for each Exchangeable Share to be purchased by ParentCo or ParentCo Sub (a) under the Exchange Put Right shall be the amount determined under the Exchangeable Share Provisions, and (b) under the Exchange Right shall be an amount equal to the Exchangeable Share Price on the last Business Day prior to the day of closing of the purchase and sale of such Exchangeable Share under the Exchange Right.
