Parent Stockholder Meeting definition

Parent Stockholder Meeting has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

Parent Stockholder Meeting means the meeting of the holders of shares of Parent Common Stock for the purpose of seeking the Parent Stockholder Approval, including any postponement or adjournment thereof.

• The Company and Parent shall each call a meeting of its stockholders (respectively, the "Company Stockholder Meeting" and the "Parent Stockholder Meeting" and, collectively, the "Stockholder Meetings") to be held as promptly as practicable for the purpose of voting upon the Merger (in the case of the Company) and the Parent Share Issuance and the Charter Amendment (in the case of Parent).
