Parent RSUs definition

Parent RSUs means any restricted stock unit award granted pursuant to the Parent Plans or otherwise.
Parent RSUs has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(a).
Parent RSUs means restricted stock units representing the right to vest in and be issued shares of Parent Common Stock by Parent that are subject to vesting restrictions based on continuing service or based on performance.

  • The Parent RSUs shall be allocated among the Continuing Employees as mutually agreed between the Company and Parent, and shall be subject to the vesting and other terms and conditions set forth in the Parent RSU Documents.

Parent RSUs means all outstanding restricted stock units (whether granted by Parent pursuant to the Parent Equity Plans, assumed by Parent in connection with any spin-off, merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted).
