Parent RSU definition

Parent RSU means each restricted stock unit representing the right to vest in and be issued shares of Parent Common Stock by Parent, whether granted by Parent pursuant to a Parent Equity Plan, assumed by Parent in connection with any merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted and whether vested or unvested.
Parent RSU has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(c).
Parent RSU means each award of restricted share units with respect to Parent Common Stock granted under the Parent Equity Plan (other than Parent PRSUs).

  • Parent shall register on a Form S-8 (or other appropriate form) all Parent Shares subject to the Parent RSU Awards.

  • Any accrued but unpaid dividend equivalents with respect to any Parent RSU Award will be assumed and become an obligation with respect to the applicable converted Parent RSU Award.

More Definitions of Parent RSU

Parent RSU means any award of the right to receive Parent Common Stock that is subject to restrictions based on performance or continuing service and granted under any Parent Stock Plan.
