Parent Restricted Stock definition

Parent Restricted Stock means each share of Parent Common Stock that is subject to forfeiture or a right of repurchase by Parent.

Parent Restricted Stock means shares of restricted Parent Common Stock issued to certain directors, officers and employees of the Parent Companies in accordance with the Xxxxxx & Dunlop, Inc. 2010 Equity Incentive Plan.
