Parent Related Parties definition

Parent Related Parties means, collectively, (i) Parent or Merger Sub; and (ii) the former, current and future holders of any equity, controlling persons, Representatives, Affiliates (other than Parent or Merger Sub), members, managers, general or limited partners, stockholders and assignees of each of Parent and Merger Sub.

Parent Related Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3(c).

Parent Related Parties is defined in Section 8.3(b) of the Agreement.

• Other than as provided in this Section 2, the Parent Related Parties will have no right to recover the Reverse Termination Fee.

Parent Related Parties means the Parent and its Affiliates (including the Company and the Transferred Subsidiaries), and former, current or future members, managers, general or limited partners, stockholders, shareholders and Representatives of the foregoing and their respective successors and assigns.
