Parent Real Property definition

Parent Real Property means the Parent Owned Real Property and the Parent Leased Real Property.
Parent Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(b).
Parent Real Property means (a) all of the Real Property owned by Parent or any member of the Parent Group as of the Effective Time, (b) the Real Property Leases to which Parent or any member of the Parent Group is party as of the Effective Time, and (c) all recorded Real Property notices, easements, and obligations with respect to the Real Property and/or Real Property Leases described in clauses (a) and (b) of this paragraph.

More Definitions of Parent Real Property

Parent Real Property means all fee interests in real property (including improvements thereon) Related to the Parent Business.

  • Owned Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Material Real Property means any real property owned by any Loan Party with a fair market value in excess of $5,000,000.
