Parent Product definition

Parent Product means all products that are being researched, tested, developed, commercialized, manufactured, sold or distributed by Parent or any Parent Subsidiary and all products with respect to which Parent or any Parent Subsidiary has royalty rights.
Parent Product means a Product bearing a Parent Trademark.
Parent Product means each product or product candidate that is being researched, tested, developed, commercialized, manufactured, sold or distributed by or on behalf of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.

Examples of Parent Product in a sentence

  • There is no pending or, to the Knowledge of Parent, threatened recall or investigation of any Parent Product.

  • No event has occurred, and no circumstance or condition exists, that (with or without notice or lapse of time) will, or could reasonably be expected to, result in the delivery, license or disclosure pursuant to an arrangement or obligation described above of any source code for any Parent Product included in the Parent IP to any other Person who is not, as of the date of this Agreement, an employee or consultant of Parent.

  • Except as set forth in Section 3.7(i) of the Parent Disclosure Schedule, no source code for any Parent Product included in the Parent IP has been delivered, licensed or made available by Parent, any of its Subsidiaries or any of their authorized licensees or designees outside the ordinary course of business to any escrow agent or other Person who is not, as of the date of this Agreement, an employee or consultant of Parent.

  • Neither Parent, nor any of its Subsidiaries, is under any duty or obligation (whether present, contingent or otherwise) to deliver, license or make available the source code for any Parent Product included in the Parent IP to any escrow agent or other Person who is not, as of the date of this Agreement, an employee or consultant of Parent.

  • Parent and its Subsidiaries own and possess source code for all Parent Product software owned or purported to be owned by Parent.


More Definitions of Parent Product

Parent Product means any product or service: (a) developed, manufactured, marketed, distributed, provided, leased, licensed or sold, directly or indirectly, by or on behalf of any Parent Entity; or (b) currently under development by or for any Parent Entity (whether or not in collaboration with another Person).
Parent Product means products and services manufactured, sold, provided or distributed, as the case may be, by Parent or members of its Group under a Parent Xxxx, or any other brand that does not include an Xxxx Xxxx.
Parent Product means any product or service: (a) developed, manufactured, marketed, distributed, provided, leased, licensed or sold, directly or indirectly, by or on behalf of any Oclaro Corporation; or (b) currently under development by or for any Oclaro Corporation (whether or not in collaboration with another Person).
Parent Product means any product that Parent has manufactured, distributed, marketed or sold, or is manufacturing, distributing, marketing or selling and any products currently under preclinical or clinical development by Parent.
Parent Product means any product or service designed, developed, manufactured, or exclusively licensed at any time by Parent or the Parent Subsidiary.
Parent Product means any material Computing Services or other material products or services produced, marketed, licensed, made available, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of Parent.
Parent Product means any product or device sold or distributed by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries, or any service provided by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries, in the five (5) year period preceding the date of the Original Agreement.
