Parent or Subsidiary definition

Parent or Subsidiary means a “parent” or “subsidiary” as such terms are defined in Sections 424(e) and (f) of the Code.
Parent or Subsidiary means a “parent corporation” or “subsidiary corporation” as such terms are defined in Sections 424(e) and (f) of the Code.
Parent or Subsidiary means any "parent" or "subsidiary" of the Corporation, as such terms are defined in Section 424 of the Code, and shall include any parent of the Corporation, any majority-owned subsidiary of any parent of the Corporation as contemplated by Rule 701 promolgated under the Securities Act.

  • SPE Subsidiary means any Subsidiary formed solely for the purpose of, and that engages only in, one or more Securitization Transactions and transactions related or incidental thereto.

  • Wholly-Owned Affiliate has the meaning specified in Rule 2 of Regulation RR.
